1). Read afterlife myths from different cultures and religions together as a class.

2). Began to compare and contrast the myths.

To finish comparing and contrasting myths about the afterlife.

1). Worked independently to create a list of similarities between the myths.

2). Reviewed the similarities as an entire class.

Objective:

To identify the literal meaning of the first canto of Dante's Inferno.

In class:

1). Returned all remaining graded assignments.

2). Read the first canto of Dante's Inferno.
