1). Finished comparing and contrasting myths of the flood.

2). Read "Ragnarok," the Norse Myth of the Apocalypse.

3). Discussed "Ragnarok."

4). Read the Hopi Apocalypse Myth (Emergence of the Fifth World).

5). Compared and contrasted the myths of the apocalypse.

Homework:

Prepare "Lady or the Tiger" Part 2 Vocabulary.

Objective:

To identify and apply the definition of the word "foible."

In class:

1). Made a list of individual flaws.

2). In groups, made a list of things other people do that can drive us crazy.

3). Compiled a class list of annoying traits of others.

4). Defined the word "foible."

5). Applied the definition to the previous class exercises.

6). Discussed the evolution of views about foibles from Medieval Times to the Modern Age.
